18oz tube refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 8oz package Cream Cheese (softened) 1/2cup Sugar 1 Egg Preheat oven to 350. Cut cookie dough in half. Press half of dough onto the bottom of a greased 8 inch square baking pan. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Crumble remaining dough over the top.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool, cover and place in refrigerator for a few hour. Cut and serve. These taste even better after refrigeration!
