1/2 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 cups Sifted Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp  Grated Orange Rind
Juice of 1 Orange
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
Set aside: 
1 cup of sugar to combined with the juice of 1 orange for dipping after baking.  Preheat oven to 350.  
Cream butter and sugar, add sour cream alternatively with the dry ingredients.  
Fold in orange rind, raisins and nuts.  This is a dry batter.
Use well greased small size muffin tins.  Bake for 12-15 minutes.  
Remove from muffin tin.  
While muffins are warm dip in sugar mixture and place on rack to cool.
